Gift Card Terms of Use


To redeem your White Oak Music Hall (“WOMH”) Gift Card (“Gift Card”), please complete the form available here.

Use of Gift Card.

The Gift Card can be used towards the purchase of most entry tickets (including service fees) for events at White Oak Music Hall.  However, on occasion, the Gift Card cannot be used for certain types of tickets due to various restrictions.  More specifically, gift cards CANNOT be used for artist-specific VIP packages, meet-and-greets, or other ticket types that are run by the artist directly.  We will alert you of any such restrictions when you request to redeem your Gift Card for tickets that may not be purchased using a Gift Card.

Gift Cards can also not be used to purchase food items, beverages, artist merchandise, or any items sold by a third-party while at White Oak Music Hall.

Gift Card Balance.

Check your Gift Card balance online by clicking here, and scrolling to the bottom of the page, where there is link for “Check a Gift Card Balance.”  You must have your Gift Card number available!

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards.

The Gift Card is not replaceable if lost or stolen.  Please alert us immediately if your gift card is stolen.

Expiration Dates.

The Gift Card has no expiration date.

Cash Redemption.

Gift cards are not returnable or redeemable for cash except in states where it is required by law.

Restrictions on Use.

The Gift Card cannot be combined with any other Gift Cards or other coupons. The Gift Card cannot be used as a credit or debit card.  Gift cards may not be used to purchase items sold by third parties, including, but not limited to, food and beverage items, artist merchandise, or third-party vendor items.  Gift Cards may not be sold other than through authorized WOMH channels. WOMH reserves the right to limit quantities of Gift Cards purchased by any person or entity. WOMH reserves the right to cancel a Gift Card if it believes that the Gift Card was obtained through fraudulent or unauthorized means.

Not Reloadable.

You cannot “reload” (i.e., you cannot add value/balance to your Gift Card at this time).

Unused or Insufficient Balance.

If the Gift Card holder’s purchase exceeds the amount of that Gift Card’s balance, the Gift Card holder must pay the difference by another means. Unused Gift Card balances are not transferable.

Billing Errors.

WOMH reserves the right to correct the balance of the Gift Card if WOMH believes that a billing error has occurred. WOMH disclaims all liability for any such billing errors.

Issues and Governing Law.

This Gift Card is issued by WOMH.  The Terms and Conditions applicable to this Gift Card will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas without regard to conflict of law rules.


WOMH make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Gift Cards, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event a Gift Card code is non-functional, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, shall be the replacement of such Gift Card.


Any dispute related to WOMH Gift Cards shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in the State of Texas.  Arbitration under these Terms and Conditions shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. No arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Laws and Regulations.

Use of the Gift Card is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Please be advised that many states treat gift cards that have been unused for a certain period of time as abandoned property subject to escheat.

Terms and Conditions.

Use of the Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. WOMH reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time in its discretion without notice.
