Load In Info
IF YOU ARE IN RAVEN TOWER PARKING LOT
- Park on North St., and load-in through the Northern entrance to the Raven Tower Parking Lot (marked in pink).
- Once finished, you can leave your car on North St., nearby residential streets, or park in Lot C. NOTE: residential parking permits DO NOT apply to the Glen Park neighborhood (on the other side of N. Main St.) during the hours of the event. Residential parking limitations only apply after 7 pm. So, you are fine parking in the Glen Park neighborhood as long as you move your vehicle by 7 pm.
- For load-out, follow the same instructions.
IF YOU ARE IN RAVEN TOWER PAVILION
- Park on North St., and load-in through the Northern entrance to the Pavilion (marked in pink).
- Once finished, you can leave your car on North St., nearby residential streets, or park in Lot C. NOTE: residential parking permits DO NOT apply to the Glen Park neighborhood (on the other side of N. Main St.) during the hours of the event. Residential parking limitations only apply after 7 pm. So, you are fine parking in the Glen Park neighborhood as long as you move your vehicle by 7 pm.

IF YOU ARE IN PARKING LOT A
- If you wish to load with a vehicle, you must enter through the western entrance of Lot A. DO NOT enter through the eastern entrance of Lot A. This is marked in blue on the map below.
- You will drive to your tent location and unload.
- Once finished unloading, you can EXIT through the eastern entrance of Lot A.
- DRIVE EXTREMELY SLOWLY, understanding that your fellow merchants are also setting up.
- Once finished, you can park on nearby streets, in Lot C. NOTE: residential parking permits DO NOT apply to the Glen Park neighborhood (on the other side of N. Main St.) during the hours of the event. Residential parking limitations only apply after 7 pm. So, you are fine parking in the Glen Park neighborhood as long as you move your vehicle by 7 pm.
- For load-out, follow the same instructions.
IF YOU ARE ON THE LAWN
- You have two primary choices for set up, depending on which lawn entrance is closest to your parking spot.
- (1) Park on North St, unload your materials, and proceed to the South Lawn Entrance, OR (2) Park on North St., unload your materials, and proceed to the North Lawn Entrance. These paths and entrances are marked in green on the attached map.
- Once finished, you can park on nearby streets or in Lot C. NOTE: residential parking permits DO NOT apply to the Glen Park neighborhood (on the other side of N. Main St.) during the hours of the event. Residential parking limitations only apply after 7 pm. So, you are fine parking in the Glen Park neighborhood as long as you move your vehicle by 7 pm.
